The Creality Sermoon D3 is tailor-made for Industrial Designers. Perfect for prototyping, making parts, the field of research and education and more. The Sermoon D3 offers a sturdy frame composed of thick metal plates and 4 vertical aerospace aluminum profiles. All the X, Y and Z axes are supported with stainless steel linear shafts. Creality has found the Sermoon D3 can print non-stop for 720 hours (30 Days) with 8000 hours of failure free steady printing. The integrated XY axis gantry system is CNC machined. The precise high torque motors and durable timing belts and pulleys further reduce mechanical errors and boost accuracy. The "Sprite" dual gear direct drive extruder delivers strong extrusion and retraction force. The inner polished copper alloy nozzle and bimetal heat break work smoothly at a lasting high temperature with less heat creep. Two large cooling fans are located next to the "Sprite" Dual-gear Direct Extruder for appropriate temperature management. The Sermoon D3 is compatible with 14 types of filament. Regular Filaments: PLA, PLA-Wood, PETG, PET. High Strength Filament: ABS, PA, ASA, PC, PC-ABS. Flexible Filaments: TPU95A, TPC. Lastly, Wear-resistant Filaments: PLA-CF, PA-CF, PET-CF. Sermoon D3 has a build volume of 300 x 250 x 300 and prints with 0.1 mm of accuracy. The advanced stepper motor driver chip enables 1/256 microstepping resulting in smooth printing up to 5 times of speed. Print from anywhere at any time with the WiFi or RJ45 connection, from a phone or the Creality Cloud App. A built in webcam allows real-time monitoring of progress. For batch printing, connect multiple Sermoon D3 printers to the internet. Model slicing, auto-leveling, model preview and remote control are all easily accessed. Printing projects experience even and consistently hot temperatures due to the enclosure which leads to less cracking and edge curling. 2 built-in HEPA air filters will purify particles and toxic compounds generated with ABS or other filament. An alarm sounds if the door is ajar when printing and will lead to the printer pausing and a quick cool down.
